Buttons feel really stiff compared to my previous factory Samsung remote, constantly disconnects from the TV and only works when aiming at the middle of the TV.

I can’t get it to work properly and haven’t had an email back from them

I'm very disappointed with the product universal remote and wall mount and would like a full refund.

Sadly it didn't work

Very disappointed. It turns my system on but doesn't turn it off.
