Poor , I purchased in good faith and have yet to receive my bundle. Why is there no delivery update I only found out that it’s sill not here !

Mislead into buying

Deceptive promotion. Not pleased!

Besides high, outrageous rates, this was another disappointment.

This was listed as in stock, ships in 3 weeks. I already had it on order from Chargepoint for $50 less then the PSEG price, but I was worried about the rebate, so I canceled and ordered from PSEG who said it was in stock. Six weeks after I place the order, nothing. Try to call and find out where it is, no answer for another three weeks. At this point my electrician is done with waiting and booking me, he’s tired of me not having the part he needs to get over and hook this all up. I finally find out the item was back ordered and the PSEG site is wrong. Now I have a really nice charger, no one has time to install and it cost me $50 and 9 weeks longer then if I ordered from the manufacturer. Thanks for nothing PSEG.
