Your customer service system is the worst I ever experienced when u email you get a automatic reply telling you the agent is overwhelmed an to call the number but when you call the number I was on hold for 2 hours still no answer terrible service

did not fully disclose how hard it would be to install the T5 thermostat. called customer service. was on hold for 35 minutes and then the person couldn't help at all, had to watch youtube to get my own solutions.

You use third party vendors to handle the sale of smart thermostats, so I was told. I waited nearly two months for delivery. Way too long.
