Customer service is really bad. They respond to urgent matters after MANY days and they refused to issue a legal receipt of my order to help me return the item to UK from Europe without being extra charged the import tax.

My order has still not arrived and its been weeks! please see the rest of my review on the piece I left reviewing the Acapulco top.

Not sure anything different could have saved it from getting lost in the mail but such a bummer :(

Shipping took longer than initially announced, had to pay 70€ on top for taxes and name was written wrong
