Awful customer service and refunds for unused and unworn items. I am shocked

Disgusted with customer service. Be very careful about ordering several items to get the right fit. No reply to 7 emails and they are holding over £600 of my money. I returned the items the following day. Don’t expect you can order quickly ahead of a holiday and expect it to work out. It won’t.

Poor customer service, cannot track my return and refund

No order by the time of holidays. Poor communication . Ordered and paid next day delivery. Delivered nearly week late after left for holiday. Very unpleasant experience

Sadly Royal Mail left my parcel in an unsecure location, so I never received the items. I've emailed Away That Day regarding this but still have not had an update on if a replacement or refund can be arranged. Disappointing, as I am a regular customer.
