Avenue B

The product I purchased, is very nice, however, it was liquid gel, and it wasn't sealed on the top, so it leaked. I wrote to Avenue B and they wanted me to take a picture of the product and box etc. It is a white bottle with clear gel, so it was not going to show up on camera, and I don't know how to put a photo on my phone to send, so I told them to forget it, and they did. I am aggravated with sellers that don't seal their liquid products, so we lose some of our money.

Didn't receive all the shipment

I was going to purchase a cologne off of here, but the stock photo shows a fake box and bottle.

All I needed was answer about a brush that would keep his curls after brushing it. I got a copy of the “conversation” I had with the representative. All I kept getting was repetition in an email what I said. The email was extremely hard to understand. It’s again on my needed ones answer to my question.… It’s not that hard but they definitely made it difficult
