Due to my age not a fan of online shopping. When goods did not arrive on promised date and no other email after payment I did start to panic. 1 phone call I was told they would check it out and get them despatched that same day. Issue was warehouse were not able to fill the full order and not able to get more as I had an email later giving update why it had not been despatched. Did receive parcel following day plus refund for the one they couldn't supply. So, excellent customer support/service, excellent response and update to issue. Great prices will use again and I highly recommend using and supporting this company.
