Customer service needs to improve drastically.

I bought a deck belt for a JD X300 ride-on mower that was listed on your website as being a suitable replacement for the original John Deere belt. It lasted for about 2 hours before breaking. I have since replaced it with the original JD part. Comparing the 2 belts, the one bought from you was much smaller cross section and smaller dia kevlar fibres. So not happy. APart from that. . . . . your website works ok and delivery time was acceptable. Tks for the opportunity to provide feedback.

These lights did fit and look good but definitely lacking in quality the fitting were very cheap and felt like they were going to fall apart. Also no red tint for the brake lights so I had to go buy some red bulbs for it. These lights should have been supplied with red bulbs knowing that most standard vehicles existing ones are not red, or at-least specified you need red bulbs on the website, as it would have solved a lot of confusion while fitting them.

I bought smoked tail lights for my Ute, couldn’t get the right bulbs and had to dye a clear bulb of the right wattage. Wiring for brake and tail was reversed and had to discard the new looms and refit my old ones. Shitty second rate product, wouldn’t recommend purchasing it. “You get what you pay for”
