Gast and friendly service, mostly satisfied with the products I purchased

Painful.. When I tried to purchase this product in Australia, It came from Spain. They pass the delivery onto DHL who then message you that your product has arrived, when it hasn't, the product “arrival” is when DHL hand it over to Australia post (I think..). When I go to get the parcel from my PO box, there is nothing there, I call DHL on the number that messaged me and am treated like garbage. I contact Buff, and am told to do a bunch of paperwork or they wont acknowledge me. I am sent paperwork and told that if I don't recognise the signature, then I have to fill out more paperwork – the paperwork they send, has no signature, and I don't work for free.. After maybe a month or so, it arrives, at this point I hate buff so much, I cant enjoy the product, which was otherwise fine. The people that work for Buff on the other side of the world just blow you off.. You can order other brands like “Headsox” and not be treated like garbage..
