Haven’t received my order yet after 3 weeks

Not good

i received a sample of the serum along with my order. after using it the first time, my neck and face broke out into hives. i couldn't believe it so i tried it again a month later, the same thing happened. I will not be ordering any of the AB products again.

Sending by signed-for courier package wastes a great deal of time. Hong Kong has an excellent postal serbicey. It eill try again to deliver if first try results in failure. No need to hang around all day waiting for DHL.
