Packaging wasn't up to the price we've paid. Packages came in also with the grey color fading to brown on several spots as if it had been in contact with Water, Sun, or both. The suspender is fantastic. The containers themselves are neat. Still exploring the effects as I wasn't using them for the first two weeks after arrival. But now daily. Not sure if price justifies. I want to use another retinol product to compare. It won't have the Bader formula, but I heard that it works very well too. If I would to re-purchase, I think I will go only for the serum as it has both, Retinol and the Bader own component. Thanks for checking in. Appreciate the care.

Not as expected. Effects last for few minutes . Not worth the price .

The price point of Augustinus Bader products is undeniably luxurious, but unfortunately, my experience with the customer support has been anything but. What has been particularly disappointing is the lack of professionalism, empathy, and genuine effort to resolve my concerns. When customers are paying a premium price for a luxury product, they should reasonably expect a premium level of customer service as well. Instead, my experience has left me feeling completely disregarded as a customer. The way my concerns were handled was deeply disappointing and has unfortunately undermined my trust in the brand. As an online influencer, I take these experiences seriously. I believe consumers deserve to know not only what a company sells, but also how it treats its customers when something goes wrong. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Augustinus Bader and will be sharing my experience with my audience so that others can make an informed decision before purchasing. A luxury price tag should come with luxury-level customer care. Sadly, that was not my experience.

I have been using this serum more than a month and I do not understand what it does because it literally does not do anything. I love the rich cream so so much. But this one is disappointment for me.
