quite disappointing
To be honest, for such expensive and luxurious products- the customer service experience does not match up.
1) shipping with fedex is full of problems- it takes forever, shipments are delayed at customs, and then i obtain a gross customs bill (beyond 13%hst) several months later
2) UPS was a far more expeditious and efficient carrier and accepted customs payments prior to delivery and they were far more reasonable in costs. I worked in shipping so I know carriers have an upcharge for processing border transactions so maybe FEDEXs is higher
3) getting any help or a response from customer service is impossible. it takes days, if I ever even hear back
this is very disappointing and I will look to purchase my AB products elsewhere- even the points and 20% discount do not make it worth the frustration.
