Tried rich cream for one time immediately causing burning red on face.

Really poor service - have had to chase up at every step of the way and I still don't know what's going on. Almost a month after ordering (and realising, only after submitting with my 'free samples' that they weren't free, just products unhelpfully placed for me to add at the end of my order, without the opportunity to check total costs), I'm still waiting to hear what's going on / when I can expect my products.

The problem for this purchase 30ml rich cream 80% left in and I can’t use pump
