Augustinus Bader - AU

Service was fairly quick. Package was very poor. Gold finish on the lids comes off making a mess. The product is ok but I think there are some others less expensive that do just as good.

Not really what I expected after all the fuss and price of these products. Disappointed

As written, it’s disappointing how little care is given to customer support. It’s near impossible to get help on the webchat, on WhatsApp (non-response for months), via email. The website has become so promotional and sales driven.

Product works fine on my healthy skin. Debatable if it’s worth the price. Customer service is below par for luxury brand, it is so incredibly difficult to find anyone to respond.
