Not applicable as not used your hair products.

I’m very unhappy with the samples. Why gave me all shampoo and conditioner? I only want to have the samples I choose when I order. I will stop order if the samples are still not what I want.

Shipping excellent. The product wasn’t what I thought I’d ordered

My package was held up by customs for a couple of days, so instead of the promised delivery date at the start of the week, it didn't arrive till the end of the week (first world problems, but still...)

Very expensive and I using it very sparsely
