I wish there were still as many products as there used to be prior to the owner change, but I love the products you still have!

I like the swaddles. I don’t like having to pay for gift wrapping just to include a gift message. Also I feel like having to pay for shipping verification is ridiculous. I’m disappointed that you no longer donate to NICUs.

Shipping & service was great! Fast & friendly communication during customization process. I loved being able to choose my own colors/prints. Very unique option! Only flaw was I noticed a snag in the blanket as soon as I opened it. And the blanket & hat has some tiny dye flaws where there are white dots from dye not taking or fuzz being in the way.

I am a little disappointed with the design process. I feel like I was not able to get my vision to come to life in my final product. Everything was an additional charge AFTER I had already paid a design fee. I have always loved my blankets from this company, but I feel like that portion of the company has gone downhill.

I really wanted to love this but it was way too tiny for a newborn. And there were no snaps to even get it on a newborn. It looked more for a doll not a baby. It was very cute though. Company was great to work with I just didn’t ask enough questions as far as the size goes.
