Exactly what I needed and didn't break the bank. Stereo and drums sound so much better now! Highly recommend this product!

We installed a gray panel on a wood door. It helps mute the sound from my piano practice room. Although the room is still not soundproof, it’s a marked improvement. I then bought a second panel that I use on the floor as an exercise mat. We live in an apartment, and the mat helps mute the sound of jumps. So far the neighbors haven’t complained.
