Packaged well, quick turnaround and very helpful staff. Only issue was not enough installion screws.

O had a very nice and informative conversation with the owner. The product is top notch and arrived quickly. A big thank you for a quality product which cut down the sound from one room to the other immensely.

The product did not come wrapped in plastic which could have got dirty but was in box and luckily didn’t get anything on it. Overall pleased with the product.
