Great support from Corey Haren! He helped me get additional panels added before the shipment went out!

This company had all the resources I needed to understand my sound issues and the products to help. I did not want to just throw money at my problem and have no solution. I did not use their sound support because it was very clear to me what I needed. In the future if I want to tighten up my sound issues I would definitely use their free help.
