Audimute

While my Goal to "Block / Dampen" Road Traffic Noise from entering my Master Bedroom was not totally satified by the addition of ISOLE Sound Barrier Sheets they did provide a reduction in mid to higher frequency continuous tracffic movement. The panels DID NOT block much, if any, of the engine noise in the low frequency range such as rapid start-up of cars from a nearby traffic light. I worked closely with Corey Haren wherein I decided to use two (2) standard panels and add a center wood stip to permit total area coverage without having to spend more for custom sizing. Added velcro to get tight coverage. The end result is Blackout (Light), Noise Reduction and with added curtains I believe my final result looks more professional. As you look at my shared visuals you can see how I adapted the panels. A would like to better understand how I might supplement what I have done preferrably without tearing out drywall, etc. I suggest anyone faced with noise engress such as mine in new builds would utilize Audimute's Products in the initial construction... unfortunately not the case for me. Learning!
