When my cuff first arrived there was a problem - it was discoloured in patches. I submitted an online enquiry with pix and Elk's customer service team was fantastic. Super-responsive, immediately apologised, undertook to send me a replacement and sent me the details for a hassle-free return. The new cuff arrived in short order and it is perfect.
