I love the products and the results but in my last purchase I had the right to receive the Free Anoint H2O De-Puffing Eye Gel and I am still waiting. . . a bit disappointed.

Dissapointed with your sunscreen being so oily

Product is beautiful & luxurious but completely useless bottle which is non squeezable and almost impossible to dispense! No good to provide pretty but impractical containers! I've had to get my husband with strong hands to extract contents & put in a replacement dispensable container. Sorry, not buying again unless this is addressed.

The wrong persons delivery was sent to me, and I spoke to the company and was thanked for calling back and told that they would collect the package asap and also send me some samples as a thank you. A) I never received any samples and B) no one came to collect the package for 10 days!!! Really poor. I was going to throw the package out but just randomly one day I missed a call and the courier arrived at my house without my knowledge to pick up the package. Pretty poor experience with Antipodes.

Pathetic! Ordered and realised it prompted my address I lived at previously. Quickly emailed the team that the wrong address was on the shipping before it left the warehouse. I got an apathetic response that they can’t do anything about the order. So my order was sent to my old address 7. 5hrs drive away. Really disappointing in the lack of customer service.
