I absolutely LOVE these bars! From the texture to the flavors to the nutrition...perfection. I've subscribed to receive one 30-pack each month an am seriously considering budgeting enough for two. They're perfect to eat before or after a workout. They're gently filling, lasting for hours without being too heavy or leaving you feeling famished as soon as you finish eating one. I’m always skeptical trying something new especially when it says Keto friendly, low sugar, tastes great, but I can honestly say these Atlas bars do taste great. I’m a chocoholic, but my favorite is the peanut butter raspberry bar. Tastes like a PB&J.
