Contents of the book are marvelous but the RedShelf ereader format has been a headache. Strict copying limits; things copy terribly because it's in a PDF format; small, non-adjustable font size; hard to highlight and select text; content constantly recentering on page. I won't buy another RedShelf formatted book.

I wanted a data transfer and it was not done in the time frame. There were also multiple tech staff workers who did not know what they were doing or how to set up a data transfer and the check out process for my items.
