To be honest I’m a bit conflicted. I want to give you 5 stars due to the customer service you have provided me. I had an issue with stitching on a baseball T and it was revolved immediately, got shipped a replacement shirt the next day, without much fuss.
My gripe with AS is a bit deeper and sadly has not been resolved. I even commented on a social media post, was asked to DM proof and have yet to receive a reply and was basically left on read.
A few weeks ago I was shopping on the website and I noticed that when I was shopping as a guest, certain articles of clothing were one price. And when I signed into my account the same articles of clothing were 10% MORE. This happened on the outlet side of the website. I still purchased the products but made sure I wasn’t signed in to my account.
I sent in proof this was happening, and I didn’t receive a reply. Which I find concerning.
In my eyes, AS Colour deliberately charged some customers 10% more without them knowing.
This is a huge oversight if it was just a pricing bug and repeat customers (customers with accounts, not just guest shoppers) were charged more.
If it wasn’t a bug, that’s super disingenuous, and shady business practices.
Either way, what does it say about a company that misses a 10% increase in price? Where else are they not paying attention to the details? In quality? In customer satisfaction?
