I ordered two framed pictures. But I got the size wrong on one of them. There was no problem fixing it, customer service was brilliant. They kept me up to date with lots of email updates and the pictures themselves are outstanding. All in all very happy with the experience and would not hesitate to recommend Arthaus.

I hate the white border everyone seems to put on artwork but arthaus let you remove it. This is a gamechanger!
