Amy and Ivy were fantastic! we knew nothing about Step and Repeat banners, were in a rush, and they guided us through it. Their patience is probably their best asset besides the actual product. Out photographer loved that they used fabric, because with vinyl it ruins photos with a flash. Ivy told us to use a stem cleaner to get out the wrinkles and it worked perfectly. They emailed after hours and helped us do a last minute design change. And the framework for the banner is very solid, and easy to re-use. They are just great. I live in NYC, and even though they are in California I will hands down be using them again. David Gazzo
