Everything was great!

I’m an amateur in the world of epoxy flooring. I’ve installed 3 epoxy floors over course of a decade in my own home using random boxes I’ve tried in stores. My garage, my laundry room and recently, ordering here, half of my basement. I’ve asked countless, probably dumb, questions and without hesitation they have responded with not only the answer but options and the best way to do something even when it’s not their product. While I’m not impressed with the Military grade 2 part top coat because after 3 weeks it never fully hardened, they have made every effort to make it right. Advising me and even sending a free sample of a different product to try over that top coat. I’m waiting for that sample to try but what has impressed me the most is that any other company would cut their losses and move on. They are still helping me finishing my floor a month later so I don’t have to be frustrated on my own figuring out what to do next.

Your product went on just like it was supposed to,it came out perfect. Your customer service is great. In shipping my epoxy paint sprung a leak so it was quite a mess, I called and spoke to a customer service representative ( Dana ) witch asked if I could send a couple of pictures to her and within 4 days I had a replacement she was very helpful. I did a lot of research on different epoxy’s and yours was everything it said that it was. Thank you and I will spread the word about your product.
