Reid Renovations
Great product, absolutely bulletproof floor and if you do it yourself a reasonable price. I like to be able to pass that savings on to my clients.
Instructions are okay but don't bother with the squeegee, just pour it out in strips about 10 in apart from the left to the right and make the strips about as wide as a silver dollar and then use a roller. If you put it on too thin, the material will shrink as it dries and you will be able to see through to the concrete And little tiny holes like Swiss cheese. If you put it on too thick, it will take forever to cure. Be careful on the spike shoes, they are crazy slippery. Comes with way more flakes than you need.
Customer service was pretty good, though. Sometimes I spoke with somebody who couldn't answer any of my questions without talking to the other guy which is fine. Everybody starts somewhere. What I liked is they were very fast to reply and answer my questions, email turnaround is usually an hour or three.
