Wonderful experience

I ordered a new heater for my artic spa hot tub. The old heater had a plug end and when I received the new one it had three wires. I wasn't sure how to hook it up so I asked the experts at the Artic Spa store and within minutes they asked me to call him. He explained what I had to do in a few minutes, it was simple. I was very happy with the quick response. I did ask them if they would be willing to post a video of it, i'm not sure if they did that but he gave me his direct line and said I could call him anytime for questions. I order all my supplies from the Artic Store, it's a great place to do business.

Problem was diagnosed quickly and repaired.

Trevor knew just what to do to repair the leak on the spa. Very helpful and effective.

Hot tub cover replacement scheduled.
