It sadly hurts my skin/belly fat, due to the sharp cornored edges on the front piece (that attaches together). Not an ideal design. Note i have a 12% bodyfat, do its not due to the fact that i am overweight. Its started to hurt/annoy me enough to the point where i have just put all 3 belts in the back of my closet and im not using them anymore. Otherwise i do think the concept, design and practicality is spot on. For the premium price i do think these products are, i did bot expect to encounter such a big design issue. Never arrived! No answer from the customer service. Worst shopping experience in recent years. So sad, cause the belts are great.
