The filter stopped working after only 4 months so I'm really disappointed

I bought this product after seeing the “Guru Water Guy” on YouTube. I contacted the European team for more information, but I am not satisfied with the product. While writing this review, I noticed a €100 discount available for this product. Previously, I had asked the European team if there were any other discounts or if I should wait before purchasing. The only option they offered was a €20 discount for subscribing to the newsletter. The product is expensive, and I have doubts about its performance and final output. I do not think it is worth the price. Another question I had was about using this product for my aquarium, as some aquariums require high-quality RO water. I was planning to use this system to meet that need. They assured me it would be a good option and would adapt to my requirements. As a passionate hobbyist, I have all the equipment to check water quality before and after using the product. I can tell you that the change is almost negligible (pH, hardness, etc. ). I am not sure how the osmosis filter inside the capsule works, but it does not seem to impact the final output. For a lower price, you can get a better option with five stages of filtration. When I realized I had made a mistake by purchasing this product, I checked the refund policy and discovered that you cannot get a refund if the product is opened! To be honest, I feel like I paid for an expensive item, and the sales team did not provide enough information. Additionally, I cannot get a refund. This product is not worth it. Don’t waste your time, and don’t always trust a YouTube “scientific” influencer.
