I had a frustrating experience with the AquaTru Classic water filter. Even after flushing multiple tanks as recommended, the water initially tasted very strange—almost like calcium-heavy water. Thankfully, the taste has started to improve धीरे-धीरे, but it took far longer than expected. What concerns me more is the pH level, which is still around 10. 4. In my opinion, that feels quite high for regular drinking water. The biggest issue, however, is the customer support. I reported this problem but received no proper response. I tried calling multiple times during their already limited working hours, but no one picked up. The only available option was WhatsApp chat, where replies were very delayed and mostly repetitive, without actually addressing my concerns.

It has been more than two weeks since I ordered. Have reached out multiple times but still no answer from customer service.

All the influencer marketing made me think this was a good product, but I'm quite disappointed. It's very loud and build quality seems poor. For use by more than one person you need to refill it a lot throughout the day and then every time 15 to 20 minutes of loud buzzing. Unfortunately, customer service refuses to refund even if I indicate this within 14 days. Be aware, no money back if you tried it out for 1 minute. Not sure how that is legal. Basically, they said "though luck you don't like it, we're not gonna help". Disappointed by the product and company. Do not recommend.
