Once you get into a routine with it you can have clear water to drink all the time. We have glass containers kept in the fridge so always have chilled water on hand. We had some early discolouration on the input tank so now go thru a bit more effort to make sure that does not get left with waste water in it for long - bit of a faff but the clean water is worth it. It would have been 5 stars without that small issue.

Very pleased with my water filter, water tastes great and it's very easy to use, our water tasted horrible before this and now we are enjoying pure healthy water, it came quickly and well packaged, would highly recommend this product

No complaints. Next time I might try non-alkaline filters. My plug plugs into an extension socket attached to the wall so the only annoyance it gives me is seemingly trying to filter backwash water when I accidentally knock it out the wall and plug it back in.

It was easy to set up and works well. Not fast and has some noise, but these are not an issue, I fill the tank and then let it work in the kitchen, and a few minutes later there is the clean water in the carafe. A little bit of compromise is the plastic lid of the carafe which is in contact with the water at the end of the filling, this could be improved. I'm not sure if the pipe inside is also plastic or not - I hope not because one of the reasons I chose this model is that it has a glass carafe, I would like to avoid drinking mikroplastics. Anyway, I'm happy with after a few weeks, and the cleaned water has no chlorine smell compared to the tap water.
