The service past 5 years has been without complain and every order of filter on time.

Does exactly what it is supposed to; significant improvement to the taste and smell of water, great product, good price point, simple to use, very happy with the purchase. Constructive criticism; the shape of the unit could be improved, small design improvements - but these are minor criticisms, overall very pleased.

I bought the Aquatru filter after researching for a while. And so far it’s been amazing. We are really enjoying our chemical free water! Thank you!

Fine so far. Won't know for sure until I buy and fit replacement filters.
