Terrible wait time, the machine is not fit for purpose in certain areas and the experience has been terrible

I’ve had a very poor experience with this order. I had to chase multiple times just to get my items dispatched, and when the order finally arrived, items were missing. I then had to follow up repeatedly because I received no timely response. A customer shouldn’t have to put in so much effort simply to receive what they’ve paid for. They shipped out the missing items however, they should have issued a refund as a gesture of good will. Very disappointing service.

The products are very good but it seems that every time I send an email or a message to customer service, they never reply so basically I’m not happy
