Everything on time

It’s an old unit and I patched the holes I could find but it still deflated as fast as before the patches. A little of the glue came out in shipping and your customer service got back to me quickly. I was hoping for more detailed instructions and tips.

Website was awkward and communication needs work

Shipping great, product great, instructions lacking (a paper print out of them would be nicer than looking on phone for them too)
