The board was repaired and is functioning properly. The work and repair were done well and very professionally. Repairing the board was immensely cheaper than replacing the double wall oven. What reduced my rating to 4 stars was the turnaround time and spotty communication. The turnaround time was longer than expected and email status and updates were limited even after several requests for an update on when I would receive the board were sent.

The only thing preventing a 5 star was the lack of communication/ documentation regarding what was repaired. Otherwise great

Very poor customer service. Shortly after purchasing the repair service, we decided to go a different direction and simply replace our oven. Instead of using the service at all, I contacted customer service to cancel the repair and request a refund. Their customer service never answered me, and never issued a refund. I am now working with my credit card company to get the charge removed as I never used the service. I would not recommend anyone use this company for any reason.
