I was accidentally sent the wrong shirt size and the issue was resolved in a professional and timely matter by Nicolas. The customer service is excellent...in fact, it's the best that I've ever encountered. I must also mention that the packaging and shipping time is also first rate. I am so pleased with Nihon Ichiban service that they are tops on my retail list and I'm spreading the word with friends and relatives. Thanks again!
