I purchased the Clifton Medium and Cabin with Pocket, both in black. The delivery was fast and without any problems. The suitcases are gorgeous and high-quality. As some comments pointed out, the zippers could be improved, especially on the pocket of the cabin suitcase. The customer service was great. Now, we'll see how well they last. Note: Remember to register the warranties within the one-month window after purchase to benefit from the lifetime warranty.
