The machine was sent under warranty because it did not froth the milk, just boiling it. The service message I received mentioned all the parts were in good order and they performed only maintenance on it. The entire process was fast and we received the machine back in no time. One thing we noticed; coffee is hotter than ever. It never been so hot before. We tried all the settings but we couldn’t make the coffee as hot as it is now. Definitely something was done during this maintenance process. Something which it can not be done from control panel. In any case, great service! Thank you!
