My DeLonghi Magnifica Plus espresso machine suddenly stopped working, and DeLonghi advised me to take it to Anthony’s Espresso Equipment for repairs. I’m so glad I did. The machine was still under warranty, and Anthony’s gave me priority service during the busy holiday season, which was incredible. They quickly diagnosed the issue as a failed motherboard. I was told that ordering this part typically takes at least 20 days, but somehow they managed to get it in within just a few days. Thanks to them, I had my machine back before Christmas which honestly saved the family ☕️🎄. The service was professional, efficient, and genuinely caring. On top of that, their shop has a massive selection of espresso machines, coffee beans, and accessories, making it a great place for any coffee lover. I highly recommend Anthony’s Espresso Equipment for repairs and everything espresso-related. They truly go above and beyond.
