Absolutely love the espresso machine I bought here over 2 years ago. After sale service and support is great and the selection of other equipment and coffees is top notch. I always prefer to come to the Dufferin shop in person to stock up on coffee just because I enjoy it. Haven’t tried the online service yet.

The De`Longhi Magnifica Plus is an excellent espresso machine, very easy to navigate the large display screen to make your coffee selection. The machine is very well built and quiet during the operating cycle. Julian answered all my questions and provided Excellent Customer Service !
