Efficient. Pictures are an accurate description of product. I would definitely by from them again.

quality packing and shipping. No complaints

Both the rugs I ordered are beautiful!

Items I ordered were never delivered (out of stock) Luckily these were in same range, in stock, and delivered quickly.

The only place I will buy a rug!! Shipping, customer service, quality and value cannot be beat!! (Not to mention all the selections, options and sizes that available!)
