Color was not as it looked on line

Colors were dull and muddy compared to internet photos. Shipping fine. I returned item.

Unfortunately, the colors are too dull for the room I purchased the rug for. How do I return it?

I ordered a throw pillow which did not match my furniture and I decided to return it. A $26. 00 handling fee for a $34. 00 pillow? I will never again chance buying anything from Annie Selke.

I was shipped a used rug. The rug was shipped in a box with the Annie Selke ribbon thrown inside. Typically a rug is shipped mew and rolled. This rug had clearly been used, returned and reshipped. Not acceptable to pay full price in such an item.
