I recently bought a Lili tee, and i love it. Love all of the Anine Bing tees, i own many already. I also really like the new arrivals on every tuesday, it makes me come back to the website many times a month. This doesn't happen with other brands. Love the brand, clothes and customer service.

I have pretty much Anine Bing pieces in my wardrobe. Clothes and shoes are mixed with Alexander Wang’s shoes and bags and a few jeans from Alice and Olivia or Iro. But I don’t buy all of my clothes from your page yet. Other sites actually have better and more organized customer services for when you have (for example) to make a return. The label comes with the package. You just call whichever company to schedule a pickup and that is it. With you guys, I have to write an email, wait for a well for your response, wait for a few more days for the label, and then take your items myself to UPS. During Covid You could not take your packages anywhere, so it was really difficult for me to arrange a return, I finally relied on the help of the worker at UPS, because you guys did not read/understand my emails and did not solve my problem. It took forever to get a reply from you, and when it came it was not what I needed. At your price point I don’t think this is very fitting 😔 Also, I understand that you have too much volume of orders, but sales are a great way to get favorite pieces at a more adecuate price to my budget, like for example leather pants and jackets (which I can’t afford at full price) but since you don’t offer returns on final sales, I just don’t dare to do it either. So I end up buying from other resalers that offer more possibilities and an easier workflow. Your clothes are great though!! ☺️
