I bought this objective for my Prior Scientific StereoMaster 3 microscope in hopes that it fits, since Amscope SE400 is just its clone. It fits perfectly and all I had to do is slightly readjust one of the lenses by tightening three retaining screws. Without that 2 miniute adjustment the two images didn't align. Now the image is crystsl clear. If you have a Prior StereoMaster 3 and can't find original objectives for it anywhere, this is the objective you want.
