I called the number on the website and the gentleman I talked to was very nice, helpful and informative. He helped me order the Lumex Easy Lift Patient Lifting System and the sling. He explained the white glove delivery. I think I called 3 or 4 times he was so patient and answered my questions every time. The delivery was fast and arrived earlier then expected. I called and he had someone at the assisted living the next day, to put together. The company is very professional. I was very pleased and I would use them again.
