When I placed my order the website said the item was in stock. When the item hadn't shipped a few days later I emailed to find out when it would ship and have yet to receive a response.

It’s been 10 days since I ordered my chipper knives and they have not arrived I go into my account and there is no tracking number It seems a little sketchy

I received the wrong product. Mistakes happen; no big deal. I emailed them at the email address listed on their website (copy and pasted) with my order number, and photos of what came in their box vs what is in my machine. I have not received a reply (2+ weeks now).

Second time I have ordered. I still haven’t received my package. I even paid extra for 2 day delivery. The problem is with UPS.
