I have really loved this company in the past which is why I'm not giving it a bad review. I had a 30% off coupon and so I made a purchase with many items. When my box arrived there were only 2 pairs of socks in it. It said that all the other items were out of stock and they had given me a refund for those items. I wish they would've informed me of that before they shipped so that I could have had the option to cancel my order as I certainly would not have used a 30% off coupon for 2 pairs of socks!

Yes I got on line to order 12 pink boas for a breast cancer fun raiser that was to be held on oct 6 I ordered 1 for each lady attending in our group. I thought if it shipped on oct 1 it should be here in Indiana by the 6th. Well with the being said it was delivered after the fact so I returned shipment and I still haven't seen my credit card credited. That has been 12 days. But then how slow your service is I just wanted to check to see if you have received it yet. So as with this order I was very disappointed about your service. I too am in business with the public and I make them my top priority. Turn around is really important. Thank you for your time. I will be looking for my refund added to my credit card. Brenda Stamm

Half of my order was out of stock. The items that I did receive were very boxy and did not fit either of my daughters (both of which are shaped very differently). I was disappointed to have to pay to have the items shipped and turn around and pay to have them shipped back. That just doesn't seem to be the way most retailers (wholesale or otherwise) do business these days. This will probably be my last purchase.
