I’ve purchased nearly $14K in products from Alt-E. Your own CS rep admitted that you “dropped the ball” on the battery failure/return and you won’t expedite the replacement battery?
That’s NOT good customer service at all.
That’s just bad customer service selling bad quality batteries.
I could instead be writing a glowing review about how you made a mistake and then expedited the battery to me right away, but no, I’m not happy with Alt-E. In fact, I’m flat out miserable because the Kilovault battery that you sold to me, died and I haven’t had water at my house over Easter and for most of a week now.
