Garrett was great! He worked with me to decide which Kilovault battery to buy. He explained that unlike flooded cell batteries, lithium batteries will draw from the smaller size battery first. So I bought an identical battery to match my existing battery. He also helped me to save some money by having it shipped to a local business. I miss your Ukiah store.
